Situation: Country house hotel “Landhaus Höpen” in Lüneburg Heath
Lüneburg Heath encompasses 230 square kilometres of heathland, moors and forests. The little town of Schneverdingen with its 19,000 inhabitants is located at the heart of the triangle formed by the three cities Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover and comprises the north-western part of the district of Soltau-Fallingbostel. The “Höpen”, a landscape conservation area, is situated on the doorstep of the town and is home to some of the most stunning heathlands.
